You need to take 4 drops, 4 times a day for a period of 21 days. If needed you can take them more often. You put them directly on your tongue. Be careful not to touch the glass pipette&nbsp;with your tongue while taking them, in order not to contaminate the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you use the Bach Flower Essences for your animal, the easiest way is to add them to the food or put 4 drops on a spoon for licking.
